[New Feature Added] Multifunctional Low-Pressure Carburizing Treatment Equipment ICBP-FLEX

[New Feature Added] New treatments other than conventional low-pressure carburizing have been added, transforming it into a multifunctional type (as of November 25, 2025).

Since the introduction of our ICBP's first unit in Japan in March 2000, it has been widely used by many customers. As we celebrate a quarter of a century, we have added new features to accommodate next-generation technology. 【New Features】 - Low-pressure carburizing and nitriding, gas nitriding, soft nitriding → We can now perform processes related to nitriding under low pressure across a range of temperatures, enabling the addition of enhanced properties such as higher hardness, resistance to tempering softening, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Additionally, we continue to adhere to carbon-neutral practices by employing processes that do not involve any combustion, maintaining our commitment to reducing environmental impact. Furthermore, in anticipation of various changes in the business environment that may occur in the future, we have added processing methods while maintaining the flexibility to adjust production volumes, allowing for the consolidation of many treatments within this system. Moreover, this system has been certified under the "Energy Conservation Investment Promotion Subsidy Program" established a few years ago.
